I met Phil at "SoHo Darts" a bar on the corner of Mercer and Broome back in the winter of 1976. I and my mates played there and he was drunk requesting us to do "I Walk The Line." He later threw a rock through the window of the bar-something to do with a dispute with his partners in the bar. I don't know if this was right after the Che bar or not.
